Team Structure
The team working on Project Silence in this early stage of development is small and focused. Each team member has a specific role and set of responsibilities that contribute to initial version of the project. As the project progresses, the team may expand to include additional members with more specialized skills and expertise.
Roles
The team members working on Project Silence are divided into the following roles during this early stage of development:

These initial roles cover the core aspects of the game development process, in order to build a solid foundation for the project. The core team consists of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise, also known as Generalists, and can contribute to multiple aspects of the project.
It's important in these early stages for team members to 'wear multiple hats' and be able to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as needed. As the project progresses, the team may expand to include more specialized roles and additional team members to offset the workload from the core team.
