Background
Felice Mangione was born in Sicily, Italy, in 1890. He emigrated in 1910 and took a job as a longshoreman in Black Water. He quickly rose through the ranks of the local crime family, and by 1920, he had become the head of the Mangione crime family. He is known for his ruthless tactics and his ability to outmaneuver his enemies.
Relationship to other characters
Don Mangione has a complicated relationship with his two sons, Giuseppe and Arturo. Giuseppe "Pistol Joe" Mangione is the eldest son and is first-in-line to take over the family business. However, Arturo "The Bear" Mangione is the younger son and is known for his brute strength. Both sons are vying for their father's approval and the right to take over the family business, but both are reckless and impulsive, and wouldn't hesitate to kill one another to get what they want.
